Stuart Hart is a leading authority on the implications of sustainable development and poverty for business strategy. He is the S.C. Johnson Chair in Sustainable Global Enterprise and Professor Emeritus at Cornell University's Johnson School of Management, and the Founder and President of Enterprise for a Sustainable World.
Hart has published over 100 papers and authored or edited nine books, including "Capitalism at the Crossroads" and "The Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid" (with C.K. Prahalad). His work has been instrumental in shaping how businesses think about sustainability, social impact, and inclusive business models.
Through InterNality, Hart brings his deep expertise in sustainable business strategy to help privately held companies become catalysts for transformative economic change.

Fred Keller is the Founder and Chairman of Cascade Engineering, a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based manufacturing company that has been a pioneer in sustainable business practices and social responsibility for over 50 years. Under his leadership, Cascade Engineering has become a model for how privately held companies can create value for all stakeholders—employees, customers, communities, and the environment.
Keller's commitment to building a better economy extends beyond his own company. He has been a vocal advocate for business-led solutions to social and environmental challenges, emphasizing the unique role that privately held, mid-tier companies can play in driving meaningful change.
